  Very helpful staff, Nice hot food and a great menu.
  Been a few times when going to the Opera House. Always had a nice meal from helpful staff :-)

  Arriving with a dog at pizza express we are given seats outside the premises and we were rather surprised to be asked to pay for the meal at the time of ordering. We accordingly paid and prompted about a tip which we declined as we had just arrived. We waited for our meal approximately 30 minutes and by this time our children were getting cold. We asked where our food was and how much longer we would have to wait and were told it was because they were very busy. It would be nice to have been told how long the wait was likely to be particularly as we had to sit outside.
  Disappointing evening. Dog owners treated like second class citizens. Try Dominoes up the road, for an EXPRESS pizza!!!
